The Millie Gibson celebrity doll depicts her at 18 years in the role of Ruby Sunday from the science-fiction BBC series Doctor Who Seasons 14 and 15.  Ruby was companion and friend to the The Fifteenth Doctor (Ncuti Gatwa) from 2023 to 2025. Mattel released the set of two Doctor Who dolls on August 1, 2025 for the retail price of $55 each.  The Black Label Barbie Signature doll was designed by Suim Noh.

Millie Gibson is a British actress best known for her role as Kelly Neelan in the Coronation Street soap opera.  Post Doctor Who, she played the leading role of Irene in the UK television mini-series The Forsytes.

The Millie Gibson doll comes wearing a replica of Ruby Sunday’s outfit when she first meets the Doctor hanging from the Goblin ship rope in the 14th Doctor Who Christmas episode “The Church on Ruby Road”.    

The black faux leather jacket has natural white faux trim around the collar, hem, opening and cuffs.  A black faux leather belt with a silver buckle attaches at the waist with two loops and keeps the jacket closed.  Underneath is a red knit short sleeved shirt with a black elastic that keeps it tucked in between the legs and opens in the back with Velcro.  The mini black, green, red, and white plaid skort has a flap in the front and opens in the back with Velcro.

The doll has a full pair of black stockings underneath a pair of Doc Martin black plastic boots.  The stocking were very short on the museums doll.  They didn’t reach the waist and crotch couldn’t be pulled up.  This may be by design to keep them from getting tangled it the hip joints, but it does limit the dolls flexibility and given it is a petite body, would probably not fit a regular Barbie. No other accessories or jewelry are included with the doll.

The rooted blonde hair is style in a jagged short bob parted in the middle. The face is painted on a Daisy sculpt with green eyes highlighted with peach and orange eye shadow and a signature scar space in the right eyebrow.  The lips are painted light natural pink.

Articulation is 18 points on a Mattel petite made-to-move body: neck, shoulders, upper arms, elbows, wrists, chest, hips, knees, thighs, and ankles. 

Included is a black plastic base waist clutching  doll stand and a Certificate of Authenticity.
